“THE GOTHOTICS CUSTOM FOOT ORTHOTICS TWO YEAR PROTECTION WARRANTY PROGRAM”

This program provides you with extended quality and peace of mind should the unexpected occur.

For an additional $55.00 you can get 24 months of extended warranty coverage for your new custom made foot orthotics.

This includes any modifications that need to be made. If your orthotics are irreparably damaged or lost, we will fabricate a totally new pair. There is a $45.00 per pair surcharge for replacement of one pair of custom made orthotics.

Only one pair of custom made orthotics per 24 months will be warranted and replaced per policy period. If replacement is necessary, the current warranty is cancelled and a new two year warranty must be purchased to continue the coverage.

If your orthotics are for a child (under 18) and his or her feet are growing, the custom orthotic will only be good for two foot sizes. That means we have to re-cast and remake a totally new pair. This warranty is especially important for children whose feet are still growing.
